This covers the everyday phone problems that do not need a specialist board-repair lab: a cracked screen, a battery that no longer lasts the day, a charging cable that has stopped making contact, or a new phone that needs everything moved across from the old one. Complex board-level faults are outside what I take on, and I will tell you up front if a repair falls into that category.

Common questions

Which repairs are outside your scope?

Board-level microsoldering, water-damage recovery on logic boards, and Face ID or fingerprint sensor reconstruction. Those need specialist equipment. I will check your device and refer you on rather than take on work that needs a lab.

Can you get data off a phone with a broken screen?

Often yes, depending on the device and whether it still powers on. Bring it in and I will tell you what is recoverable before you commit to anything.

Do you work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes, for the common repairs listed above. Parts availability varies by model, so ask about your specific device.
